N42 neodymium disk magnet, 3.2 mm diameter × 0.75 mm thick, with Ni-Cu-Ni plating and axial magnetization. Listed pull force: 0.33 lb. SKU 8092.
SKU 8092 is an N42 neodymium disk magnet measuring 3.2 mm in diameter × 0.75 mm thick, with Ni-Cu-Ni plating. Axial magnetization places its poles on the two flat circular faces. The small, thin metric profile can be considered for compact fixtures, closures or magnetic sensing assemblies.

Check the diameter, thickness and listed tolerance against the mounting pocket before specifying this small disk. Account for adhesive layers and housing walls in the working gap. For sensing applications, validate the field at the actual sensor position rather than treating a listed surface field as the field throughout the assembly.
Check the complete assembly at the intended air gap and loading direction. Listed pull force is a comparison value, not a safe working load; target steel thickness, contact area and surface condition affect actual holding force. Provide clearance in the housing and protect the brittle magnet from impact during installation.
The listed maximum temperature is 80°C. Validate the complete magnetic circuit at the intended operating conditions, including opposing fields and required performance. Check adhesives and housing materials against their own limits. Protect the nickel coating from damage and prevent the magnet from snapping into other parts during installation.
