This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit radialmagnet.com, including our resource tools, calculators, request forms, and any related services (collectively, the “Site”).

By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information, including:

  • IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages viewed, time spent on pages, referring/exit URLs, and click activity
  • Approximate geographic location (derived from IP address)

This information is collected using cookies, pixels, tags, and similar tracking technologies, described further below.

2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, understand how visitors use it, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing. This includes:

  • Google Ads — for conversion tracking and remarketing related to our paid search campaigns
  • Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) — for conversion tracking and remarketing related to our paid search campaigns
  • Analytics tools — to understand site traffic, tool usage, and content performance
  • Click ID capture (GCLID/MSCLKID) — when you arrive from a Google or Microsoft ad, we may capture identifiers that let us associate a subsequent form submission (e.g., an RFQ or sample request) with that ad click, so we can measure which campaigns generate genuine sales inquiries

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized advertising through tools such as Google Ads Settings and the Microsoft Advertising opt-out. Note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain tools on the Site.
