Traceability & Documentation

Every production order is backed by material traceability to the lot level. We can provide:

• Material certifications and certificates of conformance (CoC)
• Lot traceability records linking production batches to raw material sources
• Dimensional inspection reports
• Magnetic performance test data (Br, Hci, BHmax)
• Gauss and pull-force testing on request
• Custom documentation packages for PPAP Level 1–5 submissions

Custom & Critical Application Support

For applications where off-the-shelf isn’t acceptable, our engineering team works directly with your quality and design teams to define specifications, review tolerances, and produce compliant documentation from the start. We’ve supported PPAP submissions for automotive sensor applications, ISO 13485 procurement for medical device OEMs, and NDAA-compliant sourcing for defense programs.
