Assembly and coating guidance

Provide clearance around the bore and support the ring in its housing. Avoid forcing this brittle magnet onto a shaft or tightening hardware directly against it. Validate the gold-plated finish against the actual contact materials and operating environment, and protect the coating from scratches during installation.

Listed pull force is a comparison value rather than a safe working load. Target steel thickness, air gaps, surface condition and loading direction affect actual holding force. Test the complete assembly at its intended working gap and temperature before production.

The listed maximum magnet temperature is 80°C. Allowable operating conditions depend on the magnetic circuit and opposing fields; check adhesives and housing materials against their own limits.
