Return / Refund Policy

Do you have magnets that needs to be returned? Please send an email to sales@radialmagnet.com for return authorization.

Please Note: You must return your magnets within 30 days of receiving them. A 20% restocking fee may apply. If sending magnets back, please include as much information as possible such as reason for return, original PO #, original sales order and/or invoice, the quantity and product number. With this information, we can accurately credit your account when the product is received. Also, please advise credit email address. All credit memos will be sent via email to the party indicated on the return.
