Do you have magnets that needs to be returned? Please send an email to sales@radialmagnet.com for return authorization.

Note: A 20% restocking fee may apply. If sending magnets back, please include as much information as possible such as reason for return, original PO #, original Sales Order and/or Invoice, the quantity and product number. With this information, we can accurately credit your account when the product is received. Also, please advise credit Email address. All credit memos will be sent via Email to the party indicated on the return. In the rare instance you find a product defective, please give us as much information as possible. Analyzing even one malfunctioning switch could be the key to an even more reliable product line.
